Our contracted freight carriers deliver shipments to business and residential destinations only on weekdays - Monday thru Friday. Deliveries are not possible on weekends or public holidays.

Please be sure to specify the correct delivery option - pick up, business or residential delivery - and zip code prior to clicking to the Shopping Cart Total screen. The term RESIDENTIAL means all private and non-commercial sites, and commercial establishments and businesses that are not open to the walk-in public during normal business hours, including private residences, apartments, farms, churches, schools, camps, mini-storages and other such locations not generally recognized as commercial business locations. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY is defined as “delivered to the ground floor curbside or outside front door area”. Additional fees may be required for inside-door or 2nd story residential deliveries.

Large items such as the corner desks may be shipped via ground freight because of UPS and FedEx size restrictions. Smaller items can be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you place an order that includes at least one large item, we will ship all of the items together in one shipment via ground freight. Please note that the cost of ground freight is primarily based on weight and distance, and that residential delivery includes additional fees.

However, if any items in an order require ground freight carrier, the entire order will be shipped via ground freight carrier in a single consolidated shipment. Items marked with a logo must ship via Yellow ground freight carrier due to oversize dimensions.

The cost of ground freight is primarily based on weight and distance. Ground carriers also charge extra for what they call "residential delivery," loosely described as delivery to any location that is not "generally recognized as a commercial business location."
