KITTRICH Corporation Announces Acquisition of LEGARE Furniture

Kittrich Corporation announces the purchase of Legaré Furniture, a major global supplier of tool-free assembly furniture. Legaré designs and distributes a full line of award-winning 3 minute tool-free assembly furniture to over 25 countries around the globe. Comprehensive product lines are developed for both distributors and retailers, targeting affordable "fun" furniture for home office, media, occasional, and kids bedrooms.

Founded in 1978, Kittrich Corporation has established a global presence for the home and office including housewares, mattresses, yard goods, stationary and office, bath, organic bath, and others. With over a million square feet of production and distribution space in the United States, Kittrich can strategically deliver product across North America in a most efficient and expedient manner.

Legare proudly announces the debut of its new permanent showroom at High Point, America’s preeminent furniture marketplace. The Legare showroom is located at the prestigious 220 Elm building in space #302, and was officially unveiled at the High Point Market (March 26-30, 2007).

Over 400 competing companies exhibited at Neocon, the leading contract furnishings and finishes event in North America. We've added mobile file carts to the Legare line of products. They too don't take any tools to put together, can be configured to either stack or roll, and come complete with casters and metal file rails. They're available in letter and legal sizes, and even in a new Espresso finish.

We've created an accessory side shelf for CPU towers and small peripherals that you don't want taking up space under your desk sitting on the floor. The side shelf installs into any available shelf slot on the side of a desk, peninsula or extension.
